Services end to end
Safety Hub has a wide range of services to serve all of our clients’ needs — from the first walk of a site through to the inspection round years after handover.

Protecting Spaces
Assessing how a building will behave in a fire, and what it takes to keep the people inside it safe.
Every facility carries a different risk profile — occupancy, layout, materials, and how people move through it all change what protection is appropriate. We start there before specifying a single component.
- Site and risk assessment
- Occupancy and egress review
- Protection strategy per space

Fire Fighting Systems Design
Full system design — hydraulics, coverage, pipe routing, and equipment selection.
Design work covers the calculations and drawings a system is built from: hydraulic sizing, sprinkler coverage and spacing, pump and tank capacity, pipe routing, and detection layout.
- Hydraulic calculations
- Coverage and spacing layouts
- Pump, tank, and riser sizing

Fire Fighting Systems Installation
Executing the design on site — networks, pump rooms, risers, heads, and devices.
Installation covers the physical build: fire network pipework, pump rooms, risers and standpipes, sprinkler heads, hydrants and hose reels, suppression cylinders, and alarm devices — through to testing.
- Fire network pipework
- Pump rooms and risers
- Device and head installation

Maintenance and Inspection
Scheduled checks that keep an installed system ready on the day it is needed.
A fire system spends its life waiting. Routine inspection and maintenance — pump runs, valve checks, device testing, and pressure verification — is what makes sure it works when it finally has to.
- Scheduled inspection rounds
- Pump and valve testing
- Device and alarm verification
How a job runs
- 01
Assess
We walk the site and build the risk picture — occupancy, layout, materials, egress.
- 02
Design
Hydraulic calculations, coverage layouts, and equipment selection turn that picture into drawings.
- 03
Install
Networks, pump rooms, risers, heads, and devices go in — then get tested as a whole.
- 04
Maintain
Scheduled inspection keeps the system ready for the one day it has to work.
Every building has a worst day.
Be ready for it.
